In addition to this, one of LEO’s major KPI’s this year is to
continue to drive direct leads and we have re-launched
the referral campaign providing current clients with the
opportunity to earn up to £10,000 per referral. The changes
include paying a tiered amount dependant on the number
of desks the client takes, so essentially the bigger the office
the more the client can make! At present this desk drop is
just across the City to see if this increases the number of
referrals coming through.
The sales team have had a strong lead flow in April and
this has continued into May, however, the lead to viewing
conversion has dropped due to the quality of some
broker leads we are currently seeing come through. We
are working with the brokers on what they are sending
through to us to ensure it is in line with the type of client
we are keen to work with. Clients are also enquiring far
earlier than they did this time last year and currently we
are seeing a lot of July/August start dates therefore, the
clients are not yet ready to view.
Q2 is currently looking strong for Membership sales, the
team are currently up approx. 70% in sales compared to
where they were this time last year. We are seeing the
average deal size growing as we sell more Memberships
than previously, however, clients are also wanting more
flexibility than ever before and are therefore requesting
breaks.
