What is next for coaching in LEO?
We are always looking for new ways we can offer coaching
throughout the company, from July 2019 we are planning to
incorporate three coaching sessions as part of every new
starter’s probation. We hope that this will give every new
employee the ability to start with a clear focus on their goals and
opportunities as well as anything else they need support with.
How do I find a coach that is right for me?
LEO has a team of coaches that have completed the ICF Accredited
Coach Training Programme and are currently building up their practical
experience to achieve the professional coaching qualification. If you
feel they can be of help please contact them directly.

Whatever role you are in and however long you have been with
LEO - even if you have had a session before, you can still take
advantage of coaching with us. If you would be interested simply
