Elephants Don’t Bite

It isn’t the big, monumental things in life

that get to us, but the constant little daily

things that eat away at us. A older saying

says: “Elephants don’t bite, but pesky

mosquitoes sure do.” Many things in life

are just bumps in the road that jar us and

make life uncomfortable or unpleasing.

Laughter helps smooth the bumps of life. It won’t take the bumps

away, but it will help smooth them out!

Good Days Don’t Just Happen

An old cliché says: “Have a good day!” I still use it at times, like

I use John Denver’s old phrase: “Far out!!” But the truth is that good

days don’t just happen. We must MAKE good days happen by

doing everything in our power to make each day good, or at least

better. To have good days requires a decision.

We must choose to make this a good day. If we don’t, it will be a

bad day by default. Default judgments in court happen if you don’t

do something you should. Don’t let defaults overtake your life.

Instead, implement positive choices!
