How to Sign in...
Welcome to UNC Health! You have been issued an UNC Health (UNCH) Domain Account. The log-
in ID and password provides access to your work computer, email and the online Learning Manage-
ment System (LMS) application.
The first time you log in, you will need to…
1. Change your Password, 2. Set Up Security Questions, 3. Set up Two Factor Authentication
In order to log in, you will need your UNCH login ID along with your EID. These two numbers were
sent to you in separate emails or handed to you during the check in process.
Your temporary Password is: Password Requirements
!! + FIRST INITIAL OF FIRST NAME (UPPER Passwords must be changed before access-
CASE) + first initial of last name (lower case) + ing any UNC Health system application.
Last six digits of your EID (Employee ID).
Your password include the following
10 characters
If the EID is less than six digits, add zeroes to the
beginning of the EID. 1 UPPER case letter,
1 lower case letter
Example: If John Doe had an EID of 000012233 1 number
his password would be:
!!Jd012233 Password cannot be a password that has been
previously used, nor part of your name.
(Remember the !! exclamation points)
Log into the computer with your UNCH Login ID and temporary password
If you are logging
into an onsite Change your password when prompted

UNCMC or Rex Click Answer or change your security questions
for the first time…
Log in with your UNCH Login ID and new password (the one you just set!)
Follow the prompts on the screen to set your security questions
If you are logging In a web browser, go to https://myapps.unch.unc.edu
in at another facility Enter your UNCH Login ID and temporary password
or offsite for the
first time… Change your password when prompted
After successfully changing your password you will be prompted to register
your security questions. Click Register Security Questions
Log in with your UNCH Login ID and new password (the one you just set!)
Follow the prompts on the screen to set your security questions
