What Your Agent Isn't Telling You...
Who I Am, And What I Can Do For You...
Rest assured my friends, this is where I come in! Allow me
to introduce myself, my name is William Wallace with
Freedom Homes. I happen to be a direct descendant of the
famous Scottish warrior William Wallace of Braveheart fame.
I have been involved in all phases of construction since I was a
very small boy. I have expertise in the home building process
from reading blueprint schematics, operating heavy equipment
to pouring foundation, framing, ooring, plumbing, electrical, you
name it!
I have also worked on the demolition side of things tearing
houses down to the ground and hauling the wreckage away as
well. So it’s safe to say that I know a thing or two about the inner
workings of the systems that are at work within a house.
These quali cations are not imperative to be a Realtor, but they
do give me a huge leg up when comparing what I have to bring
to the table to that of my competitors. This is a huge bene t for
my clients because I use my knowledge of construction to spot
de ciencies in homes to help my buyers make o ers that get
accepted, and for my sellers, I go above and beyond to bring you
satisfaction as well!
