• Full inspection – I will inspect your home for cosmetic

issues with carpeting, the bathrooms and kitchen and provide

you with the proper cleaning, also caulking in the areas that need
it etc.

• I will also locate where minor repairs are needed and get

them taken care of for you. (within reason)

• We attach complimentary rain gutter downspout extensions for

all of our clients.

• Provide professional photographer to take highly

favorable pictures of your property for best showing results.

• I also have a dynamite internet guy who will push your property

on social media to get the quickest and most e ective exposure

to your listing to get it sold fast!
