they both claim to be ethical, trustworthy and country-centered. In truth, they are none of those
               things.

Well, less than three weeks after this joint task force was formed, Briceno came out at his own
press conference making all kinds of claims that members of Barrow’s UDP party were
interfering in the distribution of food aid in the districts. He claimed that UDP Area
Representative’s were calling the shots suggesting that UDP supporters were getting priority in
relation to who was going to receive food aid, which had been funded by the Central Bank,
donations from international funding institutions and private donations. Briceno was having none
of that! He threatened that unless this stopped, he would be leaving the joint task force.

He also made claims that things weren’t as rosy in terms of how the country was responding too
and dealing with the testing and isolation of people suspected to be infected with the virus. He
was not a very happy man.

Barrow completely ignored him when he appeared, from home the following day. Barrow said
that, unfortunately, due to the fact that his personal security guard was related to a person who
had been tested positive for the virus, he (Barrow) and his family had been forced to self-isolate.
Barrow’s house is quite nice – a bit weird architecturally speaking – but no bad place to be
               isolated in.

Anyways, he carried on outlining all the things he was planning for the country, including yet
more regulations to encourage people to stay home, like, preventing more business types from
operating and reducing opening hours for many others that were still in business. It was a
               depressing broadcast.

I have been keeping a ear to the news from the UK and the USA. Boris Johnson – the UK Prime
Minister – was apparently take ill with COVID-19 some days ago, he’s been isolated and is
rather sick, though his prognosis is good. Trump, on the other hand, is suffering a kind of
sickness for which there doesn’t appear to be any cure or treatment. He’s just sick.

He comes out with the most outrageous statements – all lies, all the time –and we all know it.
Regarding COVID-19, on day one he claimed the 15 cases would all be good and it would be
okay, within days. Now, he claims he’s the ‘War President’, fighting like no other President has
every fought an invisible enemy. In truth, the fool has no idea what’s he’s doing and is only
really concerned about his popularity ratings and what that might be doing to his re-election
               chances.

Seriously, why hasn’t anybody stopped him speaking? He can stand on the stage nodding like the
donkey he is if he wants, but, please somebody stop him getting near the mike!

Actually, you know what, maybe they should get him on “Whose Line is it Anyway” he’d be
great at that – nothing but improvisation.
