FOUNDATION STAGE
NURTURING YOUNG MINDS
The Foundation Stage students at DGPS are
nurtured in a caring and supportive atmosphere
which allows them to thrive academically, socially
and emotionally.
Each child’s talent is celebrated. Students are
encouraged to question, make connections
between ideas, debate, and experiment,
present, critically reflect and enjoy challenges to
gain a sense of personal achievement. We
provide opportunities for collaborative work
where students are encouraged to make choices
and reflect on their learning prior to presenting
their work for review by teachers and their peers.
