OWNER COMMENTS:
The Chemistry & Chemical Biology Building Project was taken over by a Bonding Company who in turn hired Barr & Barr as the completion contractor. The team
took over the project at a 20% stage of construction. And while it is never easy to take over a project , they struggled initially but were able to turn it around.
Overall, good performance by the team where they frequently exceeded expectations in their professionalism and cooperation with the Owner's team.
