Comments:
The contractor's attitude and overall performance was toward providing the client with a good quality
product. Where quality was an issue, the contractor made every effort to make corrections.

Comments:
This project was a takeover from a terminated General Contractor, so the project was behind. The
contractor provided a completion schedule that was relatively reasonable and made an effort to work
extended hours and weekends with a select group of subs to improve and/or stay on schedule.

Initially there was an issue with the performance of the electrical contractor , however it was rectified
with additional manpower. Overall no issues.
