        Th  e building footprint occupied nearly the entire site plan. Th e
        limit of construction was located within an operating hospital
        campus, directly adjacent a parking garage resulting in signifi cant
        coordination between pedestrian and vehicular traffi  c. “Tie–ins” to
        existing building systems along with construction of a mechanical
        service bank, beneath an active driveway, required to connect the new
        system with existing infrastructure were challenging components
        of the Project.
