                                                                       PROJECT DETAILS
         Th  is project required the complete renovation of the existing home and       •   Construction occurred in a multi-phased plan

                                                                           be failing and had to be completely removed and
                                                                           rebuilt during the renovation phase requiring
                                                                           a carefully planned sequencing of spaces to
                                                                           maintain an acceptable bed count.
                                                                          •   All elevators were upgraded and a new freight
                                                                           elevator installed in the core of the building.
