                                              Message from Phil:
                                              As this is the first issue of the new Field HR quarterly newsletter, I wanted to
                                              share a few thoughts around our Global Sales vision and how it relates to the
                                              importance of our people.
                                              In my first all hands as the Chief Sales Officer, I decided there were two areas I
                                              wanted to impact the most: Culture and Customer First, which I believe are
                                              deeply connected.

                                              No matter what we do, if we are not winning it is not going to be fun and I want
                                              to make HPE a fun place to work, where people are excited to go, do their best,
                                              and where they feel valued.
