IAGC 2018-2020 Governing Members,

Board of Directors, and Officers

The IAGC announced at its Annual Conference that in 2018 the IAGC will be led by the
following Governing Member companies: BGP, CGG, FairfieldNodal, Geokinetics, ION, PGS,
Polarcus, Shearwater, Spectrum, TGS, and WesternGeco. The IAGC's Governing Members are
steering the course for the Industry with their investment and leadership in the IAGC by sitting
on our Board of Directors, our global steering committees, and chairing our three chapters and
regional committees around the world.

During the Annual Meeting portion of the IAGC's Annual Conference, the IAGC members
elected the following representatives from our Governing Member companies to the IAGC
Board as Directors for two-year terms from 2018 to 2020:

Shawn Rice Fair eldNodal (Americas Chapter Chair)
Jim Bogardus Geokinetics
Brian Hanson ION
Irene Waage Basili Shearwater
Rune Eng Spectrum
Maurice Nessim WesternGeco

Accordingly, the IAGC Board of Directors for 2018-2019 is as follows:

Spectrum

The IAGC also announced the IAGC’s 2018 officers, as elected by the IAGC Board at
their 19 February meeting. Roger Keyte continues as Past-Chairman, Magne Reiersgard
as Vice Chairman, and Maurice Nessim, as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Scott
Lyon (ION) was elected as the IAGC’s Treasurer and Tana Pool (TGS) will continue as
IAGC’s Secretary.

The IAGC President’s Excellence Award was also presented to Gordon Ballard,
Executive Director of the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers
(IOGP).
