B. The nominations for Officers and Directors shall be taken
from the floor at the November General Membership
Meeting and via written submittal through November 30 th
each year.

C. The survey ballot will be emailed to the General
Membership no later than first Friday in December that
follows the first Monday of December.

D. The General Membership will have seven (7) calendar days
to vote via the electronic ballot site and the new Officers &
Directors will be announced via electronic mail the following
Monday.

E. The completion of the swearing in of the new Officers &
Directors will be completed at the very next SAABE function
that has a minimum of twenty voting members in good
standing present.

F. The Board of Directors will notify General Membership
if Electronic Nominations & Voting is chosen for the
calendar year, including confirmation if December General
Membership meeting will be canceled via the following:

a. As an Agenda Item at the October General
Membership Meeting, AND

b. By email to the General Membership prior to the
last Friday in October.

Section 9. Any Officer or Director may be removed for or without
cause, at any regular or special meeting of directors in which not
less than five (5) are in attendance and voting. Two-thirds (2/3) of
the votes must express approval in favor of the removal. Removal
may also be approved by majority vote of the membership. Notice
of the meeting, stating its purpose, must be given at least fourteen
(14) days prior to such meeting. Such notice of the meeting must
also be given to the subject of removal by registered or certified
mail, return receipt requested. Any Officer or Director who misses
three consecutive meetings without a reasonable excuse will
automatically vacate his position and will be replaced according to
Article VII, Section 9.
