One of the human resources in the company is employees. Employees who can

be appropriately managed and correctly by the company will provide benefits to

the company such as the company's vision and mission being well achieved,

obtaining financial benefits according to targets, and increasing its market share

compared to its competitors. Leadership and knowledge-sharing behavior are

very influential components in enhancing company performance. Leaders must

be able to encourage subordinates and have a central role in understanding each

individual's behavior in the organization they lead to consider in providing

direction to the pursuit of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the

effect of leadership and knowledge-sharing behavior on employee performance.

This study took a sample of 130 respondents and using the proportional cluster

sampling method. Also, path analysis was used in this study. The results showed

that female employees had more behaviors to share knowledge and had higher

average scores than male employees. Furthermore, the finding indicated a

significant influence between the leadership variables on employee performance.

Therefore, good leadership in leading makes the employee's performance will

                      increase.
