            INGREDIENTS                                         INSTRUCTIONS






            1 Each - Flatbread or Naan, 8”                      Preheat convection oven to 500°F with a pizza stone or pan
            1 Tablespoon - Ambrosia® Extra Virgin Olive Oil     inside.
            1 Clove - Garlic, Grated
            Pinch - Ambrosia® Kosher Salt                       Brush flatbread with oil and garlic, sprinkle salt over the
            ¼ Cup - Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded                 top, then finish with mozzarella and provolone cheese,
            ¼ Cup - Provolone Cheese, Shredded                  mushrooms, capers, and finally the Parmesan cheese.
            ¼ Cup - Cremini Mushrooms, Sliced                   Bake in hot oven for about ten minutes or until cheese is

            1 / 8 Cup - White Beech Mushrooms
            ½ Cup - Ambrosia® Non-Pareille Capers               Remove pizza and brush with truffle oil and lemon juice,
            1 / 8 Cup - Parmesean Cheese, Grated                including the crust.
            1 Teaspoon - Ambrosia® Truffle Oil                  Cut and serve hot.
            ¼ Cup - Ambrosia® Lemon Juice
