TOMATILLO PULLED
PORK FLATBREAD
INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
1 Each - Flatbread or Naan, 8” Preheat oven to 500°F with a pizza stone or pan inside.
3 Tablespoons - Ambrosia® Tomatillo
½ Teaspoon - Lime Juice Combine tomatillo, lime juice, garlic, and salt.
1 / 8 Teaspoon - Garlic Grated Top the flatbread with seasoned tomatillo, then with cheese,
Pinch - Ambrosia® Kosher Salt pulled pork, avocado, tomato, and jalapeno.
¼ Cup - Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
¼ Cup - Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese and
¼ Cup - Pulled Pork, Cooked crust are golden brown.
¼ Cup - Avocado, Diced Top with green onion and cilantro leaves.
2 Tablespoons - Tomatoes Diced
1 Tablespoon - Ambrosia® Jalapeno, Sliced Slice and serve warm.
