Decadent Beef Lo Mein











































        Ingredients                                             Instructions




        8 Oz. - Flank Steak, sliced                             Thinly slice flank steak against the grain, and lightly season with
        8 Oz. - Lo Mein Noodles                                 salt and pepper. Set aside.
        1 Teaspoon - Ambrosia® Sesame Oil                       In a small bowl whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin
                                                                sauce, sesame oil, sriracha and pepper. Set aside
        VEGETABLES                                              In a large pot with boiling water, cook the lo mein noodles
        1 Tablespoon - Ambrosia® Extra Virgin Olive Oil         according to package directions. Drain the noodles and toss with
        3 Garlic - Cloves, minced                               1 teaspoon sesame oil to coat, set aside.
        1 ½ Teaspoon - Minced Ginger                            While the pasta is cooking, add olive oil to a large skillet. Add in
        1 Cup - Broccoli Florets                                the minced garlic and ginger, and stir fry for 30 seconds.
        1 Cup - Zucchini, halved and sliced                     Add the thinly sliced steak, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until no
                                                                longer pink.
        ¼ Cup - Onion, sliced                                   Remove steak from pan, leaving any juices and oil behind.
        8 Oz. - Ambrosia® Mushrooms, Pieces & Stems
        8 Oz. - Ambrosia® Fire Roasted Red Peppers, Sliced      Add all the other vegetables, and cook for 3-5 minutes, until
                                                                everything is crisp tender. If needed, add a little more oil.
        8 Oz. - Ambrosia® Water Chestnuts, drained
                                                                Now add the thinly sliced steak back in, as well as the lo mein
        SAUCE                                                   noodles, and pour the sauce over the top.

        3 Tablespoon - Packed Brown Sugar                       Toss until fully incorporated, and cook for 1-2 more minutes to
        ½ Cup - Ambrosia® Soy Sauce                             ensure veggies are tender and sauce starts to thicken.
        3 Tablespoon - Ambrosia® Hoisin Sauce
        2 Teaspoon - Ambrosia® Sesame Oil
        1 Teaspoon - Huy Fong® Sriracha
        ¼ Teaspoon - Pepper
