Sun Dried Tomato





                             Tricolor Couscous















































        Ingredients                                             Instructions




        1 Cup - Water                                           Pour water, 1 tbsp olive oil, and ½ teaspoon salt into a medium
        3 Tablespoon - Ambrosia® Olive Oil, divided             pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add couscous, cover, and

        ¾ Cup - Ambrosia® Tricolor Couscous
                                                                In a medium skillet, drizzle remaining olive oil over medium heat.
        2 - Green Onions, finely chopped                        Add green onions and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until heated
        ¼ Cup - Ambrosia® Diced Sun-Dried Tomatoes              through and beginning to soften, about 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic
                                                                and cook until just fragrant, about 30 seconds.
        2 - Garlic Cloves, minced
        1 Teaspoon - Oregano, dried                             Fluff the couscous with a fork before tossing with the vegetables.
                                                                Season with the oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
        1 Teaspoon - Basil, Dried                               Drizzle with lemon juice right before serving.
        1 Teaspoon - Onion Powder

        Salt & Pepper, to taste
