Antipasto Bites

                                                                                                                                   ½ cup Ambrosia  Extra Virgin Olive Oil,                1.  In a large pot of boiling water, add 1 tablespoon

                                                                                                                                                                                          3.  Marinate mozzarella: In a small bowl, add

                                                                                                                                                                                              pepper flakes, and remaining ¼ cup olive oil.
                                                                                                                                   ½ tsp Italian Seasoning                                    Mix to combine and set aside.

                                                                                                                                   ¼ lb Ambrosia  Roasted Red Peppers, chopped                olives.
