Crab and Artichoke

        Stuffed Mushrooms

        Ingredients                                             Instructions

        20 Button Mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed                1.  Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine
                                                                    cream cheese, Monterey Jack, Parmesan,

                                                                    and Worcestershire  sauce. Season with salt

        12 oz. Lump Crab Meat
                                                                4.  Garnish with parsley and serve.
        2 Green Onions, sliced

        2 tsp Ambrosia  Worcestershire sauce
        Ambrosia  Kosher Salt
        Freshly Ground Black Pepper

        Chopped Parsley, for garnish

             Artichokes have the highest antioxidants of any vegetable.
