Crab and Artichoke




                                                                                                                                   Stuffed Mushrooms

                                                                                                                                   20 Button Mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed               1.  Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine

                                                                                                                                   8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened                               artichoke hearts, garlic, crab, green onions
                                                                                                                                                                                              and Worcestershire  sauce. Season with salt
                                                                                                                                   1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack, divided                      and pepper and stir until fully combined.

                                                                                                                                   ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan                          2.  Stuff mushrooms with mixture and transfer

                                                                                                                                   14 oz. Ambrosia  Artichoke Hearts, drained                 to a small baking sheet.

                                                                                                                                   2 Cloves Garlic, minced                                    mixture  is  warmed  through,  25  minutes.
                                                                                                                                                                                              Broil if desired.
                                                                                                                                   12 oz. Lump Crab Meat
                                                                                                                                                                                          4.  Garnish with parsley and serve.
                                                                                                                                   2 Green Onions, sliced

                                                                                                                                   2 tsp Ambrosia  Worcestershire sauce

                                                                                                                                              ®
                                                                                                                                   Freshly Ground Black Pepper


                                                                                                                                   Chopped Parsley, for garnish
