Crab and Artichoke

                                                                                                                                   Stuffed Mushrooms

                                                                                                                                   20 Button Mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed               1.  Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine

                                                                                                                                   1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack, divided                      and pepper and stir until fully combined.

                                                                                                                                   ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan                          2.  Stuff mushrooms with mixture and transfer

                                                                                                                                   14 oz. Ambrosia  Artichoke Hearts, drained                 to a small baking sheet.

                                                                                                                                   2 tsp Ambrosia  Worcestershire sauce
                                                                                                                                   Ambrosia  Kosher Salt
                                                                                                                                   Freshly Ground Black Pepper

                                                                                                                                   Chopped Parsley, for garnish
