               The Ammonia Plant

               Designed Capacity: 2300 MTPD
Technology: Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR)

The Ammonia plant operates based on a low energy natural gas reforming process
licensed by Kellogg Brown & Root, USA. The ammonia plant designed to produce 2300
MTPD Ammonia (as 100% ammonia) and 2944 MTPD CO2 (as 100% CO2) under
               normal operations.

The Ammonia plant processes are based on well proven technology with single train
process equipment. The feed gas for ammonia production is natural gas received through
pipeline of 82.5 kms length from the AGIP gas exploration facility. The natural gas is
stored in the ISBL limits and supply to the Ammonia plant.

The major equipment such as the process air compressor, the synthesis gas compressor
and the ammonia refrigerant compressor are driven by steam turbines. The major
ammonia plant processes are Feed gas compressor & desulfurization, Primary reforming,
Process air compression & steam turbine driver, Secondary reforming, Carbon monoxide
shift conversion, Carbon dioxide removal, Methanation, Drying, Cryogenic purification,
Compression, Ammonia synthesis and Ammonia refrigeration.

The ammonia plant process is shown on Process Flow Diagrams in following diagram.
