The Engineering Department
Similar to the IPL, IFL also has a fully equipped engineering and maintenance function to
support the manufacturing plants.
IFL plants are well supported by a competent engineering and maintenance team
comprising of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, inspection and rotating
machines cell department extending round the clock services.
Workshop
The workshop caters to day to day Machining, Fabrication and Tools & Tackles
requirement for the various maintenance activities. The facilities available at the workshop
are Drill Machine / Power Hacksaw / Grinders / Hydraulic Presses / Electrode Drying
Oven / Surface Plate / Welding Machines / Trans loader Trucks and others.
