Besides extensive Yoga and meditation processes for aligning the body,


               mind, soul and subconscious,































               an interesting activity I suggest aspiring moms to do is to start visualizing


               every night before sleep, a life they want. I tell them to close their eyes and


               see themselves as a mother with a baby, all in the mind like a child would,

               to the last detail. This is precisely what I say to them: "Employ your five


               senses and make this visualization alive - see the little one, touch the baby,


               smell the baby, hear the baby's cry and kiss the little one gently." This


               process helps me programme the neuropathway in the sub-conscious


               mind of the wanna be mothers. The idea is to pull the future into the


               present using the five senses. This way, they can put their emotion to their


               aspiration and make their baby a true manifestation. This way, they can
