IV. TARDINESS
Tardiness of all em ployees are properly accounted and recorded in the Individual Leav
Ledger Card and to be deducted from their accum ulated earned leaves. Mr. Escorpezo incur
tardiness on som e months but his tardiness are properly accounted, recorded and deducted fro
his accum ulated leaves.
V. BALLPEN ENTRIES
I have noticed that Mr. Escorpezo had written ballpen entries into his DTRs alm ost every mont
and when asked about it and said, that is the product of reporting during Saturdays and Sunday
and even Holidays when the form er Cam pus Executive Director every tim e he needs his drivin
services in his travels on official business. But I have notice that instead of off-setting Saturdays
Sundays and Holidays reporting to any days during weekdays that he som etim es exceeded, h
incurs more absences than the allowed num ber of days to be off-set. So I advised him to file hi
leave of absence to som e of those and he com plies and files.
VI. RECOM M ENDATIONS:
1. Must subm it signed and com plete DTRs on tim e with all the needed attachments.
2. Minim ize tardiness because it is necessary.
3. Minim ize or there should be no ballpen entries in the DTR except during brownouts, o
official business, on leave, official tim e and when the biom etrics is defective or out of order
4. Minim ize absences when there is no valid reason to be absent.
5. Be true to himself, love his job/work.
