Organizational Structure

The University’s organizational structure (Annex A) shows the reporting relationship of the various units,
officials, and employees. The University, due to the full operation of its six campuses, is not only organized accord­
ing to its major functions (instruction or academic, research and extension, administration, and planning and other
support services) but also by the geographic locations of its campuses.

Due to the growing complexity of the institution, the organizational structure was updated to show the
changes in accordance to the new goals and objectives of the University. Changes in the structure includes crea­
tion of new units, transfer of unit/s to other areas of operation as well as additional functions. Please see Annex A
for the details.
