35th BOARD OF REGENTS MEETING Board of Regents (BOR) held at Forest
Lodge Hotel, Baguio City on January 30, 2019

813) RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board approved the appointment of
Hon. Donato L. Ngabit, Jr. as President of the Federated Faculty Association and Member
of IFSU’s Board of Regents from January 30, 2019 to January 29, 2021.

814) RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that upon its agreem ent, the Board
approved that the Search Committee shall com m ence the search process for the vacant
Private Sector Representative of District II.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Chairperson of the Board of Regents will select the
Chair of the Search Committee.

815) RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that upon its agreem ent, the Board
approved in principle the Eight Year Strategic Plan of Ifugao State University with
necessary amendments/modifications/inclusions as discussed by the Board. Such
amendments/modifications shall be integrated in the final version of the Eight Year
Strategic Plan.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the final version of the Eight Year Strategic Plan be passed
for Referendum to the Members of the Board subject to the approval of the Chairperson
of the Board.

816) RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that upon its agreem ent, the Board
approved in principle the Revised Organizational Structure of Ifugao State University
pending submission of the required modification of the Commissioner. Such modifications
shall be integrated in the final version of the Revised Organizational Structure.
