The Council recognises the contributions of members who have faithfully served for over ten
years. While acknowledging the need for renewal, we approach this process cautiously,
considering the organisation's stability. We continuously seek new, young individuals who have
achieved our prestigious Gold Award to serve as Council Members, as they deeply understand our
                   organisation's values and ethos.

Among those who have served for over ten years, two full-time staff members and key Council
members, including the Treasurer, and two individuals from the minority groups, bring valuable
resources and networks that are challenging to replace.
