CONTRIBUTIONS OF NYAA GOLD AWARD HOLDERS (GAHA)
The diverse achievements and contributions of NYAA Gold Award holders demonstrate the programme’s
success in developing well-rounded individuals who positively impact society.
• Contributions by Ms Jacqueline Koh
(1995 Cohort)
The contributions of NYAA Gold Award holders during
the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic,
such as Ms Jacqueline Koh’s efforts to empower lives
and serve those in need, exemplify the values instilled
by the NYAA program. It is commendable that many
Gold Award holders continue to actively engage in
community service long after receiving their awards.
• Appointment to School’s Advisory

• THINC, PAYM & Year of Singapore
Families
The involvement of NYAA Gold Award holders in
initiatives like the Year of Singapore Families, Mr Gary
Shen (2002 Cohort), the People’s Association Youth
Movement (PAYM) Council, and the THINC Fellowship
Program, LTC Lim En (2007 Cohort) highlights their
commitment to promoting family bonding, youth
development, and technological advancements.
Active participation in these platforms allows them to
share their experiences and contribute to meaningful
discussions and initiatives.

• Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society
Mr Bryan Tan (1995 Cohort) was recognised as a
Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society and his
appointment to Reed Smith LLP’s Entertainment
and Media Industry Group highlighted the
accomplishments of NYAA Gold Award holders in
various professional fields. These achievements
contribute to the advancement of their respective
industries and reflect the high standards and
capabilities nurtured by the NYAA programme.
