I miss American food soooo much when I'm in this
country of drab fodder that, next week, I'm going to
have an "All American Eating" week! There'll be peanut
butter ice-cream, hot Hershey fudge, foot long
chili cheese dogs, French toast with bacon and bananas,
soul food, fried chicken and dinner scones in gravy,
towering cheese n jalapeno burgers with battered bananas
and on and on until I’m sick....

I've often heard people say "I would DIE for them!"
Whether on about their children or partner or whoever,
BUT I reckon what’s even harder than dying for someone
sometimes (& much more valuable) is LIVING for
someone! Everyone who feels like they want to pull on
the rip cord n bail out of life, or stop the World n get off,
keep going, keep living. Livings sometimes the hardest
thing to do but don't quit. See it thru to the end

Apparently Scientists think Bacteria is getting so
sophisticated that in the future we'll be able to eat a
yoghurt we can have a chat with but I reckon that’s
happening sooner than they think cos when I talk to
some of the people in The White Lion in Astwood Bank,
I often feel like I'm having a chat with a yoghurt.

So the builders have turned up at the back of my flats to
