 Note: Local Government partners of DENR may also organize Title Distribution events, which is preceded but a Title Holders’ Forum.
 •   The LGU gets the list of registered free patents from ROD
 •   LGU contacts and informs the title holders, sets date for title distribution
 •   LGU conducts Title Holders’ Forum (an orientation on how to physically and legally care for the title, responsibilities for compliance with land use/
 zoning, payment of real property taxes, what they need to know when they use their title as collateral, etc.
 At least one LGU pays for the Registration and ICT Fees. The lot owner gives the LGU a Special Power of Attorney to get his registered Free Patent from ROD.
 He then pays the LGU, in installments, for the ICT and Registration fee, and all pending taxes owed for his land.
