7. Conformity signature on plan of landowner (name and signature of witness, if thumbmark)
8. Boundary Computation
9. Astronomical (solar) Computation, properly filled-up (if applicable)
10. Traverse computation, original and duplicate (if applicable)
11. Certified lot description/Lot Data Computation & CM from LMS Section
12. CENRO Survey Authority with Inspection Report (6 months prior to submission of Survey Return)*
a. CENRO endorsement
b. CENRO certification on LC Status
c. CENRO certification on lot disposition status if applied copy of Rejection Order
d. Barangay Certification/Clearance
13. RTC Certification that the lot is nor or has not been subject of a Land Registration Case
14. Geodetic Engineer’s Certificate duly notarized
15. Survey Verification Fee
16. Cadastral Cost (if surveyed under Cad.)
17. Court Order/Decision, duly certified if Xerox (SA from CENRO is not necessary)
18. Supporting documents (deed of sale, agreement, tax declaration, etc.) certified by GE
19. Letter of Cancellation of previous survey by Owner and GE, if applicable
20. LRA, Manila certification as to no title (if identical/portion to approved isolated survey)
