absence or other data requested by DPG; alteration of company records or other
           company documents.
           Malicious gossip and/or spreading rumors; engaging in behavior designed to create
           discord and lack of harmony; interfering with another employee on the job; willfully
           restricting work output or encouraging others to do the same.
           Failure to obey safety rules or to use safety devices; reckless or careless conduct
           resulting in damage to property or injury to yourself or others.
           Immoral conduct or indecency on company and/or customer property.
           Conducting a lottery or gambling on company and/or customer premises.
           Unsatisfactory or careless work; mistakes due to carelessness or failure to obtain or
           follow necessary instructions; creating unnecessary waste, error and/or scrap, lack of
           application to work, wasting time, loitering, making pretense of work, sleeping on the
           job.
           Using materials and supplies in a wasteful or careless manner.
           Any act of harassment, sexual, racial, or other; telling sexist or racial-type jokes; making
           racial or ethnic slurs.
           Improper operation of machinery that could result in damage to tools or equipment.
           Operating machines or using Company tools and equipment for personal reasons
           without prior approval of the manager.
           Leaving work before the end of a workday or not being ready to work at the start of a
           workday without approval of your manager; stopping work before time specified for
           such purposes.
           Failure to prepare up-dated maintenance reports and report all maintenance problems
           to managers.
           Altering safety guards, devices, or equipment.
           Engaging in work of a personal nature during work hours; excessive use of company
           telephones for personal calls.
           Smoking in restricted areas or at non-designated times, as specified by Management or
           customer representative.
           Creating or contributing to unsanitary conditions; littering of company or customer
           premises with rubbish; throwing refuse or objects on the floor or work site area.
           Posting, removing, or altering notices on any bulletin board on company property or job
           sites without permission from Management of DPG.
           Failure to report an absence or late arrival before your work shift begins; excessive
           absences or tardiness; overstaying breaks, lunches, etc.
           Obscene or abusive language toward any manager, employee or customer;
           indifference, discourteousness, or rudeness towards a customer or fellow employee;
           any disorderly/antagonistic conduct on company and/or customer  premises.
