Rail Style Panel Materials Panel
The settings on the RAIL STYLE panel are All walls - including interior walls, railings

To open the Railing or Fencing that apply only to Railings, Half Walls, Deck
Specification dialog, select a railing Railings, and Fencing. See “Wall
