 M t Our New    Oilserv signposts the African renaissance, as a company resolutely focused on accelerating



                the energy transition and I feel so honored to join the team, to contribute my quota towards
 EXECUTIVES     achieving our overarching corporate objective of becoming the African champion for the gas
                revolution and energy transition with Excellence in Execution.

                Talking a bit about me, I was born and raised in the city of Aba although my education and
                career have taken me on a crisscrossing journey across other parts of Nigeria and the world.
                I studied Law at the iconic and prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka (I am sure the Lions
                and Lionesses in here know this) and then the Nigeria Law School, Lagos for my B.L degree.
                In furtherance of my educational pursuits, I also obtained a postgraduate degree, LL.M in
                Petroleum Taxation and Finance from the University of Dundee, Scotland UK.



                    am blessed with four boys (Adrian, Sean, Xavier,  at the Nairobi office, in Kenya. I left Deloitte in 2008
                   and Bryan) and a delectable wife, Obianuju, a  for my Master’s program at the Centre for Energy,
                   Petroleum Engineer. The boys and I, fondly call  Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP),
                   her the ‘King of Boys’ (KOB) because she is the  University of Dundee, and returned to Nigeria in 2010
                    only girl amongst us, and we always have fun  to join Oando PLC as Legal Advisor for its upstream
                running rings around her in the house. She does her  subsidiary, Oando Energy Services (OES).
