The term "ergonomics" is derived from two Greek words: ergon, meaning work,
               and nomoi, meaning natural laws. Ergonomics is a science that deals with
               designing and arranging things so that people can use them easily and safely.

               Ergonomics is also a design of workplace or equipment for comfort, efficiency,
               safety and productivity. The purpose of ergonomics is to make working
               conditions and equipment safer and more efficient.
                          Keep your arms and wrist stable.
                          Keep your elbows and hand distance from your body.
                          Sit back in your chair comfortable and relax.
                          Keep your fingers close to the keyboard

                          Keep your foot flat on the floor never close your legs.
