Battery Limits of Fractionation

1. Soft Water to be provided at cooling tower pond

2. Condensate will be left over at outlet of condensate header

3. Electric power 3 phases 415 volts to be provided at incomer of sectional

control panel.

4. Any other equipment and services not expressly mentioned in our offer

are also excluded from our scope of supply (except required within battery
limits for guaranteed performance of plant).
