Exclusions

The following services and equipment are excluded from the Seller's

supply unless they are otherwise specifically listed as provided by the
Seller.

1. Civil works of any kind such as but not limited to buildings,

foundations, supports, ladders or platforms.

2. Main Power Receiving Station with transformer L.T.D.B cables from
L.T.D.B to sectional control panel, earthing work and earthing

materials, wiring and its fittings up to mains isolators, grounding and

lightening protection, internal or external artificial lighting etc.

3. The removal of products, water, condensate or any other substance
from the building/’s, housing the equipment.

4. Any fire equipment for the plant whether this is a fixed or portable

appliance, sprinkler systems, water ring main and hydrants.

5. Any consumables and/or chemicals for the process such as the first

filling of gearboxes, lubrication oils and greases heat transfer
mediums etc.

6. Any painting for any buildings, vessels and pipework other than

protective coating suitable for sea freight.

7. Statutory approvals from local Govt. authorities

8. Main Isolators, earthing & Lightning protection system, internal or

external artificial lighting

9. Product supply and discharge outside the delivery limits of the plant

10. Worksite electrical supply and illumination
