A.5.2 In the event of repetition of performance trial to demonstrate only
the utility guarantees, the repeat performance trial shall be had not
been achieved in the previous trial.
A.5.3 In the event of not achieving the performance guarantees only in
some of the sections of the Equipment (plant), the repeat
performance trial as specified in Clause 6.5.1 will be limited only to
those sections of the Equipment for which such parameters has not
been achieved in the previous trial.
A.5.4 Such sections of the Equipment (Plant) for which all the
performance parameters have been proven will be accepted by the
BUYER and an acceptance certificate will be issued to this effect.
