Methods of Measurement of Determining Performance of the Plant

               1. Process oil loss:

Process oil loss shall be determined by weighing of the in feed oil entering the

plant and of the out flowing oil leaving the same. The weighing should be
made on calibrated scales with relative accuracy of 0.1%.

               2. Steam:
Consumption of steam will be measured using steam flow meter with

recorder with an accuracy of ±2%. Suitable correction will be applicable if

there is variation in dryness faction from 0.98. Steam flow meter is to be
                    provided by BUYER.

               3. Power
Power shall be measured using power or KWH meter. If there are

interruptions and re-starting, corresponding reduction of power consumed

by the plant for start-up and during unsteady state condition should be
made. Arrangements for measurement of power are to be made by the

                    BUYER.

               4. Water

Quantity of water shall be measured by a flow counter with a accuracy of

±2%. Arrangements for measurement are to be made by the BUYER
               5. Chemical analysis.
