8. Upon completion of the shipment of the equipment, Kumar will provide

two (2) sets of manuals containing operating manuals for the Kumar
process system(s), assembly drawings and manuals of all major

purchased components, and assembly drawings of all Kumar designed

equipment. All manuals will be in the English language.

9. All documentation will be in the English language.

10. KMIPL has the right to modify the design in order to improve the

performances, to facilitate maintenance of the Equipment or for other

technical reasons. However these modifications shall not affect the
performances and consumptions of the Equipment. In case any

modifications are requested by the BUYER, for good performance of the
plant the modifications requested will be put into operation only after the

implications thereof are agreed to by the KMIPL.
