            Fried Rice




            Ingredients:
            500g rice
            2 tablespoons oil
            2 medium carrots – sliced into fine sticks
            100g green beans – sliced into small fine sticks
            ½ tablespoon soya sauce
            ½ tablespoon cumin powder
            salt to taste


            Method:
            1. Rinse rice thoroughly in a colander under running water
            2. Then boil the rice until cooked, and drain.
            3. Heat a little oil in a fry pan and sauté the vegetables until just
                softened.
            4. Add cooked rice to the vegetables, along with cumin powder, soya
                sauce and salt and mix well until all are combined thoroughly.
