             Cumin Potatoes                         Method:
                                                    1. Boil the potatoes until cooked
                                                        through.  Drain and allow to cool.
                                                        Peel the skin off gently with the

                                                        heat for a couple of minutes until
                                                        fragrant.
                                                    4. Add the chopped potato and mix
                                                        well until the potatoes are well
                                                        coated in the spice paste.
