                                                     Method:
          Yoghurt accompaniment                      1. Gently heat a fry pan, and fry
                                                        the sesame seeds until golden

          Ingredients:                                  brown.  Allow to cool and then
          25g sesame seeds                              grind/blend the seeds until they
          1 tablespoon oil                              are fine powder, and put aside in
          1 teaspoon cumin powder                       a bowl
          1 teaspoon turmeric                        2. Heat the oil in a small fry pan
          500g cucumber finely chopped                  and add cumin powder and
          500g plain yoghurt                            turmeric and stir over heat just
          ½ chilli - finely chopped                     for a couple of minutes - this
          1 bunch coriander finely chopped              brings out the flavour and colour
          ½ tablespoon of salt or to taste              of the spices and makes them
          50g red onion finely chopped                  smell nice!  Allow to cool.
                                                     3. In a bowl add all ingredients
                                                        together: chopped cucumber,
                                                        yoghurt, ground sesame seeds,
                                                        chilli coriander, salt and cumin
                                                        and turmeric paste and mix well
                                                     4. Allow to marinate for 5 minutes,
                                                        and serve.
