Babar Roti





         Pancakes



         Ingredients:
         4 cups rice flour
         1 teaspoon baking powder
         2 teaspoons sugar
         1 teaspoons salt
         4 eggs
         approx. 1 cup water
         oil to cook pancakes



         Method:
         1. Mix flour and baking powder
         2. Add sugar and salt and stir well
         3. Add eggs and stir well
         4. Add water slowly until it becomes a thick mixture.
         5. Heat fry pan and add a little oil or butter over medium heat - add 1 big spoon
            of mixture to pan, enough to make a medium sized pancake.
         6. When it starts to bubble on top and it is golden brown underneath, turn
            pancake over to other side
         7. Cook for another couple of minutes and remove from pan.
         8. Continue cooking pancakes until all the mixture is used.
         9. Serve immediately with kidney bean curry and sesame achar
