Preparation:

                      1.  Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a large soup pot over medium-high heat.
                         Add diced onion.
                      2.  Add 1lb ground beef to the pot. Break it apart with a spoon. Cook
                         until the beef is browned, stirring occasionally.
                      3.  Add 2 ½ tablespoons chili powder, 2 tablespoons ground cumin, 2
                         tablespoons tomato paste, 1 tablespoon Premadonna Garlic Pepper, 1
                         ½ teaspoons Premadonna Soul seasoning, and ½ teaspoon
                         Premadonna Steak seasoning. Stir until well combined.
                      4.  Add 1 ½ cups water, 1 can diced tomatoes w/juice, 1 can kidney
                         beans (drained), and 1 can tomato sauce. Stir well.
                      5.  Bring the liquid to a boil. Reduce the heat to gently simmer the chili,
                         uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
                      6.  Remove the pot from the heat. Let the chili rest for 5-10 minutes.
                      7.  Serve and enjoy.
