Shrimp Pasta Salad


                   Bite sized shrimp prepared in a fresh tangy marinade. This dish is light, tasty and so
                          easy to make. This works as a perfect side dish for any no sweat meal.




                 Ingredients:


                 Dressing

                     •  1 cup mayonnaise

                     •  2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
                     •  2 tablespoons sweet relish
                     •  3 tablespoons fresh dill
                     •  1 teaspoon sugar
                     •  ¼ teaspoon Premadonna soul seasoning
                 Salad


                     •  ½ pound fusilli noodles (spiral noodles)
                     •  ½ onion diced

                     •  2/3 cup chopped celery
                     •  ½ cup diced red pepper
                     •  1 1/3 cup small cooked shrimp
                 Preparation:


                     1.  Cook macaroni noodles. Rinse under cold water and drain.
                     2.  Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
                     3.  Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing.
