The Mash Up Cole Slaw
It’s true, coleslaw is a classic dish that goes with almost any summer food. Pair it with
hotdogs, burgers or fried fish. It’s cool, crunchy, refreshing and easy to make, but
much easier to enjoy.
Ingredients:
• 1lb bag of Coleslaw Mix
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 teaspoons celery seeds
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, stir together 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of
Dijon mustard,2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons
